Pinterest Flat Lay Black Nails

Today was one of those okay-but-not-really days. I’m still ridiculously tired—like, dog-tired, bone-tired, slap-an-extra-shot-in-my-coffee tired. I worked first shift this morning, which always wrecks my sleep schedule, and we were supposed to go on a walk for Alzheimer’s at the nursing home… but yeah, oversleeping won that battle. Honestly, I don’t know what’s going on—maybe my meds? Maybe I just need to hibernate like a bear? Either way, my body was having none of it.

I did manage to crawl out of bed this afternoon and spend a little time with my husband before yep crashing for yet another nap. By the time I woke up, he was already at work. So, it was just me, my planners, and a mountain of sticky notes staring me down.

✨ But guess what? I officially graduated from sticky note chaos into actual planner stage! ✨

  • Health + Wellness Planner → I set up spaces to track my meals, plus a sleep + mood tracker.
  • Wallet/Transaction Planner → Logged our work schedules and created spots for bills + transactions.
  • Catch-All Planner (iPad) → Fully updated—finally not living in digital disarray.
  • Budget Planner → Gave it some serious structure for payments and expenses.

Basically, my planner fam is thriving.

On the website side of things, I did a little spring cleaning. I went back through some blog posts and added links—to my Pinterest (of course), to the Amazon storage containers I’ve been raving about, and even to my jewelry organizer. Also resized some pictures on the computer because let’s be real: editing on the iPad is like trying to cut steak with a butter knife.

Productivity-wise, tonight was a win. But emotionally? I hate when my husband goes into his long weekends—it means Friday, Saturday, and Sunday alone for me. Boo. So, I’m already trying to plan little pick-me-ups. Tomorrow: lash clusters. The day after: an everything shower (the works—scrub, mask, hair, nails, the whole spa-in-my-bathroom situation).

And of course, website work will keep me company. Honestly, I’m obsessed. Pinterest is blowing up right now—like 14,000 impressions blowing up. I’ve never had a social media platform do so well, and it’s addictive watching those numbers climb. Some posts are even taking off, which feels surreal. It’s keeping me motivated to stay consistent, and I’m kinda riding that high right now.

So yeah, tired, but productive. Lonely, but motivated. If I can just stay awake long enough, maybe I’ll actually conquer this planner-filled, Pinterest-fueled little empire I’m building.

Take control of your finances with this cute and functional Budget Planner Set! Designed with soft pink details and a touch of elegance, this digital download makes managing money simple, organized, and even a little fun.
